
Body butter is one the best and simplest ways to take care of your body. This lotion goes beyond creamy to downright luxurious.
Typical ingredients are Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Calendula Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Bee’s Wax, and Frankincense; and believe it or not, it’s not the least bit greasy, even with all those oils in it. But don’t just take my word for it, try it for yourself.

Elderberry is one of the best things you can take to boost the immune system, and for tackling the yuck that eventually gets us all.
Typical ingredients include (but are not limited to): Elderberry berries and flowers, Rosehips, Cinnamon, Cloves, Honey, Mullein, and some kind of citrus.

Sourdough boules are for the gifted, which I am not! I’ve found a sandwich loaf is much easier and useful. Sourdough is great for the gut, and only contains flour, salt, water, and yeast (yes, I know that’s cheating, but I’m all about the easy!). I love that it has NO SUGAR, and no preservatives, though the absence of preservatives will make it mold faster. Just eat it, and you won’t have to worry about it 🙂
